Dogyo Ninin - Two Travel Together



Daisy d’Urby came into being during Dutch artist/designer Diana van der Harst’s first visit to Japan in 2005. Since then, Daisy has often been Diana’s  companion, and now, Daisy also travels together with Diana’s textile creations. This book portrays their first voyage.

Daisy d’Urby originated as an avatar in a computer game, but really came into being as a character during Dutch artist/designer Diana van der Harst’s first visit to Japan in 2005. 

Since then, Daisy d’Urby became a nomad, has been traveling the world, and is a real character, living in a world of her own.

Daisy d’Urby has often been Diana’s companion. And now, in her own special way, she also travels with Diana’s textile creations.
